We are a couple of minutes walk from The Assembly Rooms, Costume Museum and main shopping streets and less than a ten minute walk from The Roman Baths, the new Spa, theatre and cinemas.

The top floor of our house is a totally private area with one double and one twin bedroom and is therefore ideal for a couple who require good space and privacy, or for families with children over the age of eight. There is a private bathroom with roll top bath and separate power shower. A television and tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room.

Enjoy a full English breakfast in our panelled dining room, next to a real fire we light on chilly mornings. Our delicious breakfasts are cooked on the Aga and our ingredients are predominantly locally sourced and always free range.
